Terms of Service: The Ritual Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ezseren website, booking a ritual, or entering our Sanctuary, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

We maintain a selective booking policy to ensure the quality and quietude of every client's experience.

2.1. Confirmation and Deposit:

All ritual bookings require payment or a non-refundable deposit to secure your exclusive time slot in the Sanctuary. Confirmation will be sent via email.

2.2. Cancellation/Rescheduling:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least **24 hours** in advance of your ritual time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

2.3. Late Arrival:

Your ritual time is carefully held. Late arrivals will result in a reduced service time to ensure the next client's experience remains undisturbed, and the full ritual price will still apply.

3. Conduct in the Sanctuary

We are committed to maintaining a silent, serene environment for all guests.

• **Respect for Quietude:** All devices must be set to silent mode. Please respect the low-volume, hushed atmosphere of the Sanctuary.
• **Therapist Guidance:** Clients must follow the guidance of their therapist, especially concerning health and safety notes related to treatments (e.g., IV Therapy).
• **Right to Refuse Service:** Ezseren reserves the right to terminate a ritual or refuse future service to any client whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or violates the quiet, respectful ethos of the Sanctuary.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including the name "Ezseren," logo, proprietary rituals, website design, and curated playlist samples ("Intellectual Property") are the sole property of Ezseren.

• You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any content without our express written permission.
• The term "Soho House of Self-Care" is used for descriptive marketing purposes and is subject to our brand guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ezseren is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or any products purchased. Clients utilizing wellness therapies (e.g., IV Therapy) acknowledge they have consulted relevant medical professionals prior to booking.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
